Please include your Surname and Christian Name as a reference, Date of Birth, or Invoice Number if available.
Our system will automatically add an admin fee of $15.00 to your account balance if an invoice is outstanding at the end of the month. However if you pay this invoice within 14 days the admin fee will be credited back to your account. Please bear with us as we look for a new patient management system that will manage this process better.
