Mondays to Fridays – 7:30am – 7:00pm Saturdays – 9.00am to 12:00pm
Please note the Saturday walk-in clinic may close before 12.00pm if capacity is reached.
Note that our phones are manned between 7.30am and 6.30pm Monday-Friday. We will do our best to respond to your message on the same day but if you leave a message late afternoon it’s likely we will call you back on the next working day.
Appointments with our practitioners and nurses are in high demand. If you are unable to attend your appointment or no longer need it, please advise us by cancelling on ManageMyHealth or calling us on 09 538 0083, four hours prior to your booking time. The account holder will be charged a fee of $40.00 for any unkept and unnotified appointment. This fee will apply to all age groups including children as we are unable to use that appointment for another patient.

Your after-hours calls are redirected to Healthline and will be answered by a registered nurse.
Outside our open hours you can phone us on 09 538 0083 and you will be linked to the After Hours Nurse Triage Service through Healthline. This is a free after-hours telephone consultation with a registered nurse who will give you advice. If necessary, they will advise you to go to an urgent after hour’s accident and medical centre.
